Don’t Forget To Play

“Go, eat your bread with joy, and drink your wine with a merry heart;
 For God has already accepted your works.”  Ecclesiastes 9:7 (NKJV)

Dear One,                                                           If we are caught up in the cares of everyday life, we can forget to be merry.  The Lord promises us seasons with good times as well as bad times.  We need to appreciate the times of peace and joy and celebrate.  Take time to play.  Play with your kids, friends, and pets.  Let your joy be evident to all so that others may be drawn to you and the Holy Spirit within you.

“O clap your hands, all peoples;
Shout to God with the voice of joy.”  Psalm 47:1 (NAS)

      I have been in a “Playful” mood all day. Just needed to laugh. I hope you remember to have fun as you follow God’s plan for you. Blessings!!

      • you are right Cheryl, I am going through changes and sometimes I’ve been a bit stressed and need to remember to enjoy. God opened the door for me of graduate school as well as an internship that I trust in God will become my full-time job after or before I finish school (next year). I’m very busy and there are challenges, but God will provide somehow in regards to money, skills, etc. I’m thankful for my blessings. Take care 🙂
